Hello Texas ”Fall” | Ep. 31

This past week we all welcomed the season of Fall to Texas, however, the 90-degree temps remain.

Currently, USA leads the total medal count at 98, but are second in gold medals with 31 behind China's 36. With the olympics almost over, USA has a chance to catch China in gold medals with a lot of USA's team sports getting ready to wrap up.

After stints literally around the world in countries like Japan, Iraq and Australia, she now is back home and settled with her family of three. 
Now, Beka finds herself as a successful business owner of a gym named FitFineFlex in Carrollton, Texas. She is a certified Personal Trainer and has multiple clients who she trains day-in and day-out now as her full-time job. She also is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, so if you don't know what that entails, tune in and learn all about it.
Throughout episode 23, Bekah and the guys have a conversation surrounding feeding the body and soul. Whether it's working out, eating healthy or even how to balance life in the midst of being busy.
